How to prepare, host and follow up!

    • First priority in your business is developing your customer base. We have a proven educational system to help you. Each Month we have 2 Exclusive Transform Your HealthWellness Events which will help you learn about some of the most effective products while being able to invite your guest and develop an immediate customer base. (It is highly recommended to attend each week with our without a guest so that you can become familiar with the presentation.)

    Preparation - Before the Event

    The right preparation is key!

    • They will usually text back and give you a time they can chat

    2. Register Your Attendees as Preferred Customers

    When customer confirms they can attend it is very important to make them a preferred customer. Watch the video to your right to understand the options of how to make them a preferred customer in your business.

    3. Get set up to be able to take payments from your customers

    When your customer orders you will need to be able to take payment for their order. Simple and common payment methods are Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, Stripe and Paypal. If this is your first wellness event, be sure to complete this step before the event.

    What You'll Need for the Event - Plan Ahead

    For the Hybrid Events - you and your guest will either be online via zoom or you will be together with your guests watching the zoom presentation together. Below is a breakdown of each scenario.

    *Must be ready to take payment to close the sale.


    ** Make sure you allow enough time to order the products you'll need for sampling and receive them in time. Allow 5-7 days to be safe.


    On Zoom Only

    If both you and your guest are watching from the comfort of your homes, you won't need physical supplies but there are a few things you'll need:



    Schedule with your guest ahead of the wellness event, a time you will be calling them afterwards.


    Have your order form printed and ready. Prior to the meeting, send your guest the health survey and ask them to fill it out and send it back.

    Day of the Event - During the Event

    Have Fun! Be Genuine. Follow along on the Zoom

    Make sure you have some bite sized healthy snacks, water and samples ready if in person. You don't need to get fancy with the snacks because you want to make this duplicatable. You could invite your guests 1/2 hour early to have fellowship and fill out their wellness survey. See the photos below to get some ideas!


    If online only, you'll just log into the zoom about 5 min early as we start at 7:30 with a smile on. Bring your energy and be ready to be on camera in a bright lit setting if possible!

    After the Event - Helping Your Customer Place their First Order

    Helping your customer place their first order.

    It's so important to help your customer place their first order. Do not simply send them links. You run the risk of them getting busy and not placing their order. It results in lots more following up. The best way to close the sale is to help them walk through the process. Make it simple for them.

    After the order is placed, let your customer know that you will be following up with them. Tell them to message you when they have received their product(s) so you can walk them through any questions they may have and make sure they understand how to take them.
