Obtaining healthy skin starts with being healthy on the inside. In my lectures I always teach that if you are struggling with any type of skin problems like acne, psoriasis, or eczema the first place to look is internally.

There’s a major connection between the skin and the digestive system, primarily the bowel and liver, which are your detoxifying and filtering organs.
